Business Manager - MSME

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager in this role, you will be responsible for achieving the sales targets assigned to you. You will be leading a team of Relationship Officers and focusing on new client acquisition and generating business in the MSME sector. Your duties will also include managing individual and team targets, sourcing, servicing, and disbursing business, as well as handling overdue collections. Additionally, you will be involved in team productivity, motivation, and training, ensuring smooth operations, and coordinating with other departments for loan processing and disbursement.
