Business Manager University & College Partnerships

Locations: Bangalore / Chennai /Pune

Role Overview: The Business Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through university and college tie-ups. This role requires building a strong pipeline of institutions, ensuring daily progress in university and college connections, cold calling, and achieving sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage and expand a pipeline of colleges and universities for partnerships.

• Drive daily sales activities with clear accountability for lead movement, conversions, and revenue.

• Consistently meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

• Convert institutional partnerships into measurable business outcomes (student enrollments, service uptake, revenue).

• Track and report performance metrics, highlighting progress against targets.

• Collaborate with other support teams.

• Must have existing university and college connections and be able to meet with 4 5 institutions daily. www.msmunify.com Key Skills & Competencies:

• Must have existing university and college connections to be able to meet with 4-5 institutions daily with prior experience with University / College connect.

• Target-driven

• Excellent communication, relationship management

• Self-starter, ownership mindset, ability to deliver under pressure. Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).

• 5+ years in sales/business development, with at least 2 years in institutional tie ups (education sector preferred).

• Experience in handling revenue ownership and number-driven sales roles. Performance Indicators:

• Number of new colleges/universities added to the pipeline.

• Daily movement in sales numbers and lead conversions.

• Revenue achievement against monthly/quarterly targets.

• Growth in student enrollments or institutional adoption.

• Renewal and retention rate of partnerships.

• Up-selling and cross-selling capabilities.
