Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Manager-Medical Devices and Services, based in Gurugram. The role involves managing sales and business strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The Business Manager will be responsible for leading and mentoring the sales team, creating strategic plans, and ensuring consistent revenue growth. Additionally, the role requires regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitors, enabling data-driven decisions that align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management, preferably in medical devices or healthcare services
• Proficiency in strategic planning, business analysis, and market research to identify trends and new opportunities
• Leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and developing sales teams
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster collaborations and close deals effectively
• Knowledge of the medical devices and healthcare industry; understanding of regulatory compliance is a plus
• Proficiency in tools and software used for business analytics and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA is preferred
• Proven ability to work in an on-site, collaborative environment and demonstrate adaptability to fast-paced business settings
