We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead and guide our sales team of Interior Consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, developing and mentoring the team, and driving business growth. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to negotiate pricing agreements, maintain customer relationships, and ensure that all sales objectives are met. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales leadership and a passion for interior design and client engagement.

  • Lead and manage a team of Interior Consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to enhance their performance and career development.
  • Set clear sales quotas, targets, and goals for the team, and develop strategies to ensure they are achieved.
  • Assign sales territories to team members and optimize coverage to maximize business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable feedback and strategies to improve results.
  • Create and implement effective sales plans and processes that drive team success and business growth.

Client & Relationship Management:


  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients to foster long-term partnerships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate pricing agreements and contracts with clients and interior designers based on company objectives, ensuring profitability while meeting client needs.
  • Maintain existing customer base by providing exceptional service and addressing concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with clients and interior designers to understand their needs and ensure the delivery of tailored interior design solutions.

Sales Strategy & Performance Reporting:


  • Develop and present monthly reports to management, detailing sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for growth.
  • Adjust sales strategies and tactics based on data insights to optimize performance.
  • Ensure that all team members adhere to the sales process and consistently follow up on leads, quotations, and client negotiations.

Technical Support & Customer Engagement:


  • Provide technical support and guidance to both customers and the sales team regarding product features, capabilities, and interior design solutions.
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot product-related issues, and recommend solutions that align with their needs and expectations.
  • Act as a point of contact for escalated customer concerns and resolve them promptly.


  • Requirements

    :
  • Proven 5+ experience in sales management or team leadership, preferably in the interior design, home improvement, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, client relationship management, and negotiating contracts.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a track record of motivating teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in managing sales quotas, setting goals, and analyzing sales performance data.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex customer inquiries and issues.
  • Knowledge of interior design trends and solutions is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
