Job Description

As a Key Account Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of key accounts. This includes tasks such as onboarding, relationship nurturing, upselling, and renewals. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term value. Additionally, you will identify growth opportunities within existing accounts by understanding client goals and aligning solutions accordingly. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of key accounts - Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts - Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts - Conducting regular review meetings and product demonstrations - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery - Maintaining detailed account activity and progress in CRM systems To excel in this role, you need to have/ bring to the table: - 1+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Client Handling, preferably in B2B SaaS or IT products - A strategic mindset and strong relationship-building skills - Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and virtual communication tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.) - Excellent presentation, communication, and follow-up skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize client needs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Curiosity to understand client pain points and offer consultative solutions - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through - Passion for technology, customer experience, and long-term partnerships Join our team and adapt to our learning culture by actively participating in LMS modules, team workshops, and contributing to knowledge sharing.,
