Business Management Associates - Fresher Only

As an Business management Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of advertising campaigns for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that business initiatives are aligned with business objectives and effectively communicate the client's message to their target audience. From campaign planning and strategy to media buying and performance analysis, you will be involved in every aspect of the advertising process.
Responsibilities:*Collaborate with the advertising team to plan and strategize advertising campaigns based on client objectives and market insights.*Develop a deep understanding of the products or services being advertised, including features, benefits, and target audience.*Assist in the development and production of advertising materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.*Research and select appropriate media channels for advertising campaigns, negotiate rates, and purchase ad space or airtime.*Analyze the performance of advertising campaigns using various metrics and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.*Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and insights that can inform advertising strategies.Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in advertising technology, platforms, and techniques. *Able to join us IMMEDIATELY.
