Business Lead

The role of Business Lead for Ahmedabad Residential involves leading and overseeing the profitability, market positioning, and strategic expansion of the city's business. You will be responsible for managing multi-layered sales and marketing teams and ensuring the successful execution of projects across different zones. Reporting to the Senior Leadership, you will have direct reports including Territory Leads for three zones (NW, SE, East) and the Business Strategy & Marketing (BSM) lead. Additionally, you will oversee Captains & Agents working on various projects. Your key responsibilities will include driving revenue generation in different zones, ensuring smooth project execution, securing new project mandates, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. You will also be tasked with enhancing city profitability, market share growth, and strategic expansion while collaborating with internal teams for optimal business outcomes. Key metrics for success in this role will include city-level profitability, market share growth in Ahmedabad's residential market, the number of new project mandates secured, and achieving project sales targets. To be successful in this position, you should have 10-15 years of experience in leading business operations with a proven track record of growth and profitability. While real estate experience is preferred, strong leadership skills from other industries will also be considered. You must demonstrate the ability to manage large teams effectively, foster high-performance cultures, and possess strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.,
