Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce. The practice of training and learning material between an instructor and learners, either individuals or groups. Instructors can also be referred to as a facilitator, who may be knowledgeable and experienced in the learning material, but can also be used more for their facilitation skills and ability to deliver. Roles and Responsibilities: JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS • Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university, or equivalent level of education • Experience: 12-16 years of professional experience, with demonstrated understanding of US Financial Services landscape and operations • Domain Knowledge: Domain conversant in Financial Services with practical exposure to door-to-floor training and operations knowledge management (not requiring deep technical expertise) • Team Management: Prior experience managing teams directly and indirectly; proven ability to lead and influence diverse groups • People & Performance: Hands-on or working exposure to people and performance strategies to standardize and optimize operations • Development Programs: Experience working on collaborative programs focused on persona development and domain specialization across work streams • Client Skills: Strong client-facing capabilities; ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build relationships • Influencing & Leadership: Ability to direct, guide, and influence internal teams and external stakeholders; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Certifications (Preferred): Basic Financial Services certifications required in US market (e.g., Series 7, Series 63, or equivalent foundational FS certification)
