Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics for Creator SuccessCreate comprehensive dashboards and self-service analytics tools using QuickSight, Tableau, or similar BI platformsPerform deep-dive analysis on customer behavior, content performance, and livestream engagement patternsDesign, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines to process large volumes of streaming and batch data from Creator Success platformDevelop and optimize data warehouses, data lakes, and real-time analytics systems using AWS services (Redshift, S3, Kinesis, EMR, Glue)Implement data quality frameworks and monitoring systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field3+ years of experience in business intelligence/analytic roles with proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or ScalaStrong experience with AWS cloud services (Redshift, S3, EMR, Glue, Lambda, Kinesis)Expertise in building and optimizing ETL pipelines and data warehousing solutionsProficiency with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and distributed computing frameworksExperience with business intelligence tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Looker) and data visualization best practicesHigh proficiency in SQL and PythonSkills: aws lambda,quicksight,power bi,aws s3,aws,tableau,aws kinesis,etl,sql,aws redshift,scala,aws emr,business intelligence,hadoop,spark,aws glue,data warehousing,python
