Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage employee grievances, ensuring timely resolution through effective grievance handling processes. Oversee compliance management activities, including disciplinary actions, investigation, and escalation management. Provide counseling services to employees on various HR-related issues and concerns. Handle complaints in a professional manner, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Ensure seamless execution of POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace) policies and procedures. Desired Candidate Profile Strong understanding of Complaint Management, Employee Counseling, Escalation Management, Grievance Handling, Grievance Management, Investigation, Posh (Prevention of Sexual Harassment), RNR (Return to Work). Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
