Business HR or HRBP - Lucknow

As an HR Business Partner, your role involves effectively managing people within the aligned business unit. You will collaborate with business leaders to drive business success by implementing various HR initiatives such as workforce planning, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, rewards and recognition, succession planning, and policy review.
