Business HR or HRBP - Lucknow

Role Overview: As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for effective people management within the aligned business unit. Your primary focus will be on engaging with business leaders to drive business success through various HR initiatives. You will work on workforce planning, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, rewards and recognition, succession planning, and policy review. Your role will involve close collaboration with the business to ensure successful implementation of HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business leaders to identify ground-level risks and challenges, and collaborate on developing solutions - Consult with managers on attracting, developing, and retaining talent to maximize their potential - Collaborate with the business on workforce planning, succession planning, skills assessment, and provide input on team structures, training needs, and career progressions - Analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions for performance improvement, retention, and enhancing employee experience - Manage annual and mid-year processes focusing on performance management and talent development - Work with business stakeholders to design and implement innovative employee engagement initiatives - Align project plans, communication, and related efforts with HR and Corporate initiatives - Develop and implement employee surveys, analyze results, and create action plans based on feedback - Stay updated on industry trends in HR best practices and recommend process improvements accordingly Qualifications Required: - Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization - Strong business and HR acumen, with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills - High proficiency in project management and maintaining a positive work environment - Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills - Experience in working in an entrepreneurial environment with strong multitasking abilities - Previous experience in the same domain will be advantageous - Strong analytical skills to effectively carry out responsibilities Please Note: Recruiter Name: Ashish Singh Recruiter Email: ashish.singh@kogta.in,
