Lead WINDA’s journey to become a billion-dollar window and façade systems brand across India. This leadership role demands an entrepreneurial mind — someone who owns go-to-market strategy, channel growth, P&L, and brand positioning to scale WINDA into a national powerhouse in uPVC and aluminium systems.


What You’ll Own (Mission)


Drive WINDA’s pan-India expansion through fabricator partnerships, dealer networks, and institutional channels (architects, PMCs, builders). Achieve ₹100 Cr+ revenue momentum while building a high-performance sales and technical ecosystem that delivers growth with discipline, margin protection, and cash efficiency.


Must-Have Profile (Non-Negotiable):


  • Lies in age group of below 45 yrs
  • Experience: 15–20 years in uPVC or aluminium systems (Rehau, Aluplast, Kommerling, Salamander, or equivalent)
  • Business Exposure: Managed or owned ≥ ₹100 Cr annual business
  • Brand Builder: Proven record of launching or scaling new brands/business units
  • Network Strength: Deep relationships with top fabricators & dealers across India’s 20 key cities
  • Market Influence: Strong connect with architects, PMCs, builders, and system integrators
  • Leadership DNA: P&L ownership, data-driven mindset, and high accountability


Key Responsibilities (Top Priorities):


  • Market Expansion (25%) – Develop and execute a pan-India GTM strategy through regional leads, fabricator alliances, and dealer onboarding.
  • Sales & Revenue (25%) – Deliver aggressive growth milestones; roadmap to ₹100 Cr within 3 years.
  • Team & Channel Development (15%) – Recruit, train, and drive regional sales and technical teams; enable fabricators to succeed.
  • Partnerships & Key Accounts (15%) – Secure top 100 fabricators and institutional projects.
  • Brand & Positioning (10%) – Build WINDA’s premium differentiation and drive architect/dealer preference.
  • P&L Management (10%) – Ensure profitability through pricing discipline, margin retention, collections, and cost control.
