Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of US recruiters (Non-IT & Healthcare verticals).
  • Drive an end-to-end recruitment strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Manage direct client relationships, understand their staffing needs, and deliver quality talent.
  • Oversee performance, training, and development of the team.
  • Ensure consistent achievement of

    submission, interview, and placement targets

    .
  • Monitor daily operations and ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance.
  • Optimize sourcing strategies using job boards, ATS, and recruitment tools.
  • Handle escalations, negotiate offers, and close critical positions.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for leadership.


Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of proven experience in US Staffing

    —mandatory.
  • Strong expertise in

    Non-IT and Healthcare recruitment

    (W2, Full-time).
  • Prior experience in

    leading, mentoring, and scaling teams

  • Strong understanding of US staffing processes, compliance, and hiring models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Hands-on familiarity with

    ATS/CRM systems

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
