Job Description

Job Title: Business Head Manpower Outsourcing Division

  • Develop and execute the business strategy for the staffing division with full ownership of

    P&L, revenue, and profitability

    .
  • Set annual budgets, revenue targets, and business plans; monitor performance against goals.
  • Ensure cost optimization, margin improvement, and sustainable growth of the business unit.
  • Analyze financial reports, drive profitability, and ensure compliance with company financial policies.

2. Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Lead business development initiatives to acquire new clients across telecom and Other allied sectors.
  • Build a strong client pipeline, identify growth opportunities, and drive contract closures.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and long-term business agreements with large accounts.
  • Represent the company at industry forums, networking events, and client meetings.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Act as a strategic partner for key clients, maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Conduct quarterly/annual business reviews with clients to identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Ensure high service delivery standards through close coordination with internal teams.
  • Resolve escalations and act as the final escalation point for key accounts.

4. Operations & Team Leadership

  • Provide leadership to the recruitment, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Establish robust processes for compliance, quality, and timely delivery of staffing solutions.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team with a focus on accountability and results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, and Payroll for smooth operations.

5. Reporting & Governance

  • Present regular reports on business performance, financials, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory and contractual obligations in staffing and manpower outsourcing.
  • Track KPIs including revenue growth, profitability, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong business acumen with proven ability to manage

    P&L and financial metrics

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of

    business growth, client acquisition, and account expansion

  • Deep understanding of staffing/manpower outsourcing industry
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on operational management ability.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA or Masters degree in Business/Management (preferred).
  • 1218 years of experience in

    staffing, manpower outsourcing

    with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in independently managing a business unit, including

    P&L ownership

    .
  • Exposure to client acquisition, large account management, and scaling operations.

Travel Requirement

  • Willingness to travel to major metro cities for client acquisition and relationship management (mostly once or twice in a month).
