Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for a Business Head – Sales & Service, based at our Delhi headquarters.


The Business Head will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for driving sales growth, service excellence, and market leadership across product verticals — including doors, windows, façades, and premium architectural systems.


This role demands a strategic and technically sound professional with a proven ability to scale revenue, lead teams, manage key client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate will oversee the full business cycle — from business development to service delivery — while ensuring alignment with Lumani’s premium brand standards and long-term growth vision.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and drive sales and service operations to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with Lumani’s growth goals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, and channel partners.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and timely project execution with zero compromise on quality.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, regions, and product applications.
  • Drive team performance, set KRAs/KPIs, and ensure accountability and high motivation levels.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and align pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, operations, and marketing teams for seamless execution.
  • Represent Lumani in key industry forums, trade fairs, and strategic networking events.


Qualifications


  • Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, with measurable success in revenue growth and client relationship management.
  • Strong Leadership and Team Management capabilities — ability to lead, train, and inspire multi-location teams.
  • Strategic mindset with experience in Business Planning, P&L management, and Market Expansion
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Background in doors & windows, façades, or related architectural systems industry is highly preferred; exposure to elevators, modular furniture, or allied building materials is an advantage.
  • Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech.) preferred; MBA or equivalent management qualification is desirable.
  • Minimum 12–20 years of experience in relevant industries.
  • Open to frequent travel (minimum 15 days/month) for business development and client engagement.
  • Age up to 45 years, with proven stability and performance in previous leadership roles.
