- Business head (Mid Ticket Size)

Reporting

Compensation

- ESOP + Revenue share for first 2 months + Salary post 2 Months (Up to 25 Lakhs) and PLI.

The debt vertical of we2grow supports businesses to help raise working capital from 40 lakhs - 1000 Crores through its 3 different verticals of (Low/ Mid and High Ticket Size). We are connected with 100+ lenders, which consist of Banks/NBFCs/ Venture debt/ Debt syndicate / Private lenders/Foreign banks and Family offices.

JD (Business Head 5-20 Crores)

1. The person is supposed to manage the complete P&L of the vertical.

2. The person will be responsible for end-to-end (lead generation to lead closure).

3. The person is required to onboard lenders in this category.

4. The person is expected to grow this vertical in terms of team and revenue.

5. The person is supposed to maintain a strong working relationship with partners and enablers.
