About the Profile
We are looking for someone who would lead the IT Vertical in terms of P&L, operations, planning and scaling. An Ideal candidate should possess below skills/ values
Must-Have:
1. Strategic Leadership & Vision:
Proven ability to define and execute digital transformation strategies for enterprises, SMEs, and startups.
2. Sales & Business Development:
Strong track record in bringing in sales and revenue generation.
Proven experience in engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers.
3. Client & Vendor Management:
Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring successful project delivery.
Ability to oversee and coordinate outsourced vendors, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
4. Technology & Digital Expertise:
Strong technical understanding of ERP, CRM, AI/ML, Data Analytics, Cloud, and Cybersecurity.
Hands-on experience in implementing AI-driven digital solutions for businesses.
Good to Have:
1. Exposure to Low-Code/No-Code platforms for rapid solution development.
2. Experience in AI-powered automation and optimization.
3.Familiar with emerging technologies in enterprise applications.
4. Understanding of digital transformation trends across manufacturing, retail, BFSI, healthcare, and the public sector.
5. Knowledge of compliance, data privacy, and regulatory requirements in digital transformation projects.
6. Experience in change management and digital adoption strategies.
