About the Role:

Business Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations ensuring seamless coordination across departments and adherence to clinical and administrative protocols.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction through efficient systems and quality-focused processes.
• Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing team; identify and groom future leaders within the Centre.
• Collaborate closely with clinicians, nursing teams, and support staff to deliver superior patient care.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and serviceability of all hospital equipment and infrastructure.
• Monitor key metrics, audits, and feedback to identify improvement areas and enhance patient experience.
• Strengthen community and doctor engagement to drive referrals and brand visibility.
• Manage cost optimization, resource utilization, and ensure adherence to quality and accreditation standards.
• Represent the Centre with government and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth relationships and regulatory compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership in hospital or healthcare operations (minimum 10 years preferred).
• Strong business acumen with experience in P&L ownership.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• High service orientation, accountability, and ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
