Working closely with cross functional team in driving profitability largely focused on the supply chain of the quick commerce ecosystem Deep analysis of Supply chain costs of the company and sharing insights with business units to drive actions Preparing and analyze Supply chain costs every month and make forecasts for pro-active actions Tracking city & hub level P&Ls and work towards element wise portability improvement path Doing an in-depth analysis of variance and communicate the same to create visibility and enable planning of actionable Tracking and monitoring agreed actions and ensuring delivery of same Tracking and measuring key financial and business metrics for respective businesses on last mile, logistics & hub costs Preparing SOPs and policies for costing system Preparing scenario analysis and developing business cases on product enhancement or business initiatives and present them to top management Handling ad hoc requests and problem-solving with a short turnaround time and supporting decisions via thorough analysis Participating in and driving standardization automation projects for process efficiency We hope that you are have.. 1 -3 years of experience in Business finance and a C hartered Accountant Business acumen: Ability to understand problem statements and structure solutions Analytical skills: Proficiency Excel for data analysis and reporting. (Tableau & SQL added advantage) Take Initiative: Proactively take initiatives to improve campaign performance and drive results. Ability to manage cross functional stakeholders (including functional leaders), ability to put up their point of view and lead discussions Content and creative feedback: Ability to brief, debrief, and provide constructive feedback on content and creative output.
