Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region.
• Conduct

  daily client visits

  across NCR and Western U.P., covering consultants, contractors, builders, and facility management firms.
• Generate inquiries, prepare techno-commercial offers, and follow through till order closure.
• Maintain and expand relationships with key corporate clients and influencers.
• Achieve defined sales, revenue, and collection targets.
• Keep track of competitor activities, pricing trends, and new project developments.
• Coordinate internally with technical and commercial teams for smooth order execution.
• Participate in exhibitions, product presentations, and promotional campaigns to enhance market reach.
• Submit timely reports on market feedback, lead status, and sales performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification:

  Any Graduate (technical background preferred but not mandatory).

• Experience:

• Assistant Manager:

  Minimum 4 years in sales/business development of pumps or related products.

• Manager:

  Minimum 7 years in corporate/project sales of pumps, water management systems, or mechanical equipment.
• Strong understanding of pump applications for water supply, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, and project clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven; capable of independent field operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
