1️⃣ Business Development Executive (BDE)
Ideal for 0–3 years experience
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and generate qualified leads
- Run outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn
- Identify decision makers and build early interest
- Schedule high-quality meetings for the Sales Team
- Maintain CRM hygiene and hit weekly/monthly outreach targets
2️⃣ Business Development Manager (BDM)
Ideal for 4–10 years experience
What You’ll Do:
- Own outbound pipeline creation
- Manage and mentor junior BDEs
- Run advanced prospecting and discovery
- Drive account-based outreach strategies
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to optimize lead quality
- Deliver monthly pipeline and meeting quotas
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Prior experience in SaaS / B2B Technology (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in outbound prospecting
- High ownership, resilience, and goal orientation
- Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach/Gong is a plus
