Job Description

Publishing Production Services

Identify and onboard new clients in the Publishing Production Services domain, particularly across North America, India, and Europe.
Leverage various online/offline channels to source RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
Deliver effective initial overview of the services to prospective customers, thereby establishing creating a strong foundation for further discussions
Schedule meetings for senior leadership with potential customers.
Collaborate with internal production teams and project managers to gather required information to draft tailored proposals.
Maintain strong client relationships, ensure customer retention, and manage escalations effectively.

Required Skills and Experience

At least five years of experience in business development within the publishing industry, especially in Production Services.
Fair knowledge of publishing workflows, standards, and production practices.
Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients.
Excellent communication skills, including proposal writing and presentations.
Good public relations and interpersonal skills to handle escalations.
Comfortable working in cross-functional and culturally diverse teams.
Based in or willing to relocate to Chandigarh, India.
