Job Description: As a Business Development Specialist at VOLUME, you will play a pivotal role in our growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and contribute to the strategic expansion of our agency's client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Identify potential clients and market segments that align with VOLUME's services and expertise.Develop and execute a client acquisition strategy to generate new leads and opportunities.

Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture strong client relationships through effective communication and a deep understanding of client needs.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with tailored solutions to achieve their goals.

Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.Analyze market data and client feedback to refine our services and offerings.

Revenue Growth:
Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals to contribute to the company's financial success.Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and effectively manage the sales process from lead generation to closure.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong understanding of creative communication, marketing, and branding.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.Ability to build and maintain client relationships.Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.Highly motivated, self-driven, and adaptable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,955.96 - ₹68,280.13 per month
