What You'll Do:

• Write non-generic, tailored proposals for finance/bookkeeping/modeling gigs on Upwork
• Understand job descriptions and highlight value, not just skills
• Track proposal performance and optimize based on feedback
• Follow up with potential clients professionally and promptly
• Help with email outreach, lead research, and light CRM/data entry

Who You Are:

• Strong written English – clear, simple, human (no robotic or AI-style writing)
• Experience with Upwork or freelance bidding for service businesses
• Bonus if you’ve worked with accounting, CFO, or SaaS clients
• Organized, consistent, and responsive
• Able to work independently and suggest improvements to our strategy

Tools You’ll Use:

• Upwork (primary)
• AI tools like Perplexity/ Chat GPT
• Google Docs / Sheets
• ClickUp / Notion (for tracking)

What Success Looks Like:

• 5–10 proposals per day with high response rates
• Better positioning and messaging over time
• Scheduled meetings or discovery calls from outreach
