Job Overview

Zytexa Technology is seeking energetic and ambitious Business Development Trainees who want to kickstart their career in sales, client acquisition, and business consulting. You’ll work directly with our project teams to generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our IT solutions and business consultancy services.

Responsibility

• Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Build strong client relationships and maintain communication
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities
• Pitch Zytexa’s IT & business consultancy services to prospective clients
• Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for senior managers
• Support in deal closures and track performance metrics
• Collaborate with marketing team to align BD strategies with campaigns
• Maintain CRM records, prepare reports, and ensure client follow-up

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (or pursuing)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for sales, networking, and business growth
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Familiarity with LinkedIn/CRM tools is a plus
• Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude
• Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setup
• Personal Laptop/Desktop is mandatory during the internship period
