Business Development Trainee (Web3 & AI)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly motivated Business Development Intern/Trainee to help drive partnerships, lead generation, and outreach in the Web3 and AI space. You’ll engage with founders, investors, and key ecosystem players while leveraging AI-powered tools to supercharge our BD efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily outreach to 100+ leads on Discord, LinkedIn & other platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with founders/investors.
• Update CRM with 20–30 qualified entries daily.
• Identify new partnership opportunities in Web3/AI.
• Source leads via LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and scraping tools.
• Conduct competitor and market research.
• Submit end-of-day progress reports.

Requirements:

• Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Apollo, Sales Navigator, CRMs, scraping).
• Basic knowledge of Web3, blockchain & AI ecosystems.
• Ability to manage high-volume, personalized outreach.
• Organized and data-driven with research capabilities.

Bonus:

• Previous BD, sales, or partnership experience in tech/Web3/AI.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
