Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Trainee, located in Gurugram. The Business Development Trainee will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, performing analytical tasks, and providing customer service. The role includes daily interactions with clients, developing business strategies, and communicating effectively with team members and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct detailed market research
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in lead generation and customer service
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the health and wellness industry is a plus
