About the Role

We are looking for a hungry, "functionally sound" Business Development Trainee who wants to write their own paycheck. This is a pure performance-based role designed for self-starters who trust their ability to close.

You will handle the full sales cycle—from hunting leads on Google Maps and Apollo to negotiating the final quotation. If you can close, you will earn significantly more than a standard stipend.

Commission & Growth Structure (The exciting part)

Phase 1 : The Traineeship (High Commission)

During your training period, you earn strictly on performance. We offer an aggressive commission structure to reward your hustle:

• Below ₹40,000

  : 15% of deal value

• Above ₹40,000

  : 20% of deal value

Phase 2 : The Career Path (Stability)

Upon successful completion of the traineeship and meeting targets, you will be promoted to Business Development Associate (Full-Time) .

Perks : You will move to a structure involving a Fixed Salary + 10% Commission on every closure.

What You Will Do

• Smart Sourcing : Generate high-quality leads using Google Maps, LinkedIn, Apollo, Upwork, and other data sources.
• Aggressive Outreach : Reach out via cold calls, emails, and DMs. You must be comfortable picking up the phone.
• Rigorous Follow-ups : Manage the pipeline relentlessly. You will follow up until you get a definitive "Yes" or "No."
• Closing & Negotiation : Create quotations and negotiate pricing. You need to have the skills to defend our pricing while ensuring the deal gets closed.
