We&aposre a dynamic PR agency seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Trainee to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development, build a strong network, and contribute to the growth of our agency. Upon successful completion of the training period, you&aposll be considered for a full-time role as a Jr. Business Development Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development:

- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and pitching our services to potential clients.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.

- Support the development of pitches, proposals, and other business development materials.

- Client Relationship Management:

- Assist in maintaining and building relationships with existing clients.

- Support client communication and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Administrative Tasks:

- Assist in administrative tasks, such as data entry, CRM management, and other office duties.

Training Period:

- Duration: 3 Months

- Mentorship: You&aposll be paired with an experienced business development team member who will guide you through the training period.

- Evaluation: Your performance will be evaluated at the end of the training period, and you&aposll be considered for a full-time role as a Jr. Business Development Executive.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Skills:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.

- Strong research and analytical skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Personal Qualities:
