Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out and engage customer prospects to build relationships and drive sales.
  • Sales Process Management

    : Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
  • Market Research

    : Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Product Presentation

    : Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to potential clients.
  • Relationship Management

    : Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups and communication.
  • Sales Reporting

    : Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Collaboration

    : Work closely with other team members and departments to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
