Role Description

This is a full-time job opportunity located at Vadodara, Gujarat.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business by identifying potential clients, managing and nurturing client relationships, and driving business of financial solutions. You will analyze client needs, present customized financial services, and work collaboratively with the team to develop business. Additionally, you will provide insights on market trends and help develop strategies to expand the company's client base.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in relationship management and client servicing
• Basic understanding of financial products and lending processes
• Business Develop driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed new business heights
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in financial services or business development is an advantage
