The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a startup environment, takes ownership of the entire sales cycle. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms Handle the full sales cycle from initial contact to closure Build strong client relationships and maintain long-term engagement Prepare and deliver tailored pitches, presentations, and proposals Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Collaborate with marketing and other teams for lead nurturing Maintain proper CRM and reporting of sales activities Required Skills & Qualifications 6 months to 2.5 years of experience in sales or business development Proven ability to close leads independently Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to understand client needs and consult accordingly Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a team environment Basic knowledge of startup ecosystem or B2B sales is a plus Why Join LeoStarts?
