About the Role

LeoStarts Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a startup environment, takes ownership of the entire sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms

• Handle the full sales cycle from initial contact to closure
• Build strong client relationships and maintain long-term engagement
• Prepare and deliver tailored pitches, presentations, and proposals
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams for lead nurturing
• Maintain proper CRM and reporting of sales activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 2.5 years of experience in sales or business development
• Proven ability to close leads independently
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client needs and consult accordingly
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of startup ecosystem or B2B sales is a plus
