Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Interior Designer role located in Gurugram at Interio Cafe. The Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and overseeing interior projects, collaborating with clients and architects, creating design concepts, selecting materials and furnishings, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Interior design, space planning, and color theory skills
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and materials
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Project management and time management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Experience working on commercial and residential projects
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition

- Industry experience in interiors, architecture, or luxury real estate preferred

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets

- Individual contributor role with high ownership and accountability
