Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, located in Noida. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and developing new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, fostering relationships, and maintaining effective communication with both internal teams and customers. The specialist will also handle customer service inquiries and support the overall sales and marketing efforts of the company.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Good experience in sales , BDE, core sales, direct sales
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Analytical skills to assess market trends and drive business growth
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate with teams
• Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
