We’re Hiring: Business Development Specialists (Consultant, performance-linked, or equity tracks - high growth potential) About Us: At Sentient Grid , we are an early-stage start-up building one of India’s first formal LandTech platforms . Our algorithmic framework automates feasibility and scenario testing for plotted development, land, and real estate projects - compressing design workflows from months to minutes. Recently pre-incubated at SINE, IIT Bombay , we are now taking our first steps to market. We’re looking for Business Development professionals at multiple levels to join us in this early journey and play a pivotal role in shaping how this technology is introduced to the industry. What the role involves Acting as a bridge between product and market , helping drive adoption of a new category-defining LandTech tool Engaging with developers, architects, and planning stakeholders to introduce Sentient Grid’s technology and workflow Creatively leveraging strategic outreach and PR - including academia, industry forums, and professional networks - to expand visibility and influence Communicating Sentient Grid’s value proposition: faster feasibility, export-ready layouts, regulation compliance, and massive time and cost savings Supporting clients in integrating this workflow into their organizations , making it part of their planning toolkit Building long-term relationships, securing early clients, and gathering feedback to directly inform product refinement. Who we’re looking for Experienced professionals with a background in real estate, urban development, or architectural services are ideal, but curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset matter just as much Strong communicators who can quickly understand and articulate technology-driven value to diverse stakeholders Entrepreneurial spirit - excited to work in a start-up environment with flexible engagement models (consultant, performance-linked, or equity pathways) and the ambition to grow into long-term leadership roles Multiple positions: Industry leaders who can envision scaling this role into a senior leadership position - potentially even a co-founder track as Sentient Grid grows Junior to mid-level professionals eager to learn, contribute, and shape adoption of a new workflow in the industry Why this role is unique This is emerging technology that's application ready - already supporting early adopters in real estate, land acquisition, and plotted development - compressing feasibility and scenario-testing timelines from months to minutes .
