Key Responsibilities: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the food sector. Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients. Accurately assess client needs and effectively present Ficus Food Lab's solutions. Negotiate and finalize agreements, directly contributing to organizational growth objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure superior client satisfaction. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic initiatives. Qualifications: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business development, sales, or a related commercial role, preferably within the food or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. Demonstrated excellence in communication , both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Strong problem-solving acumen and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Self-starter with a strong work ethic, capable of both independent work and effective team collaboration.
