Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor, located in Vadodara. As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to production schedules, and manage production planning. You will also be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining communication across departments, and managing production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and ability to manage a team effectively
• Experience with Production Schedules and Production Planning
• Proficient in Production Management principles
• Strong Communication skills across various levels of the organization
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or relevant field
• Experience in food manufacturing is a plus
