Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate production activities to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Monitor line operations to ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Ensure products are manufactured according to quality and hygiene standards (FSSAI / ISO / HACCP).
Maintain production reports, shift logs, and performance records.
Train and guide operators and workers to improve productivity and minimize wastage.
Ensure timely preventive maintenance and report any breakdowns to the maintenance department.
Monitor raw material consumption and report variances.
Enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental guidelines.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams for smooth operations.
Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and Lean practices.

Time management and decision-making ability.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Work Conditions:

Rotational shifts (as per production schedule).
