Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Manager based in Vadodara. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, analyzing customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, coordinating with sales and production teams, and identifying opportunities for business growth and customer engagement.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the food industry is a plus

• 1-2 years of experience in client servicing or relationship management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
