Job Description:
DreamTak IAS is looking for a passionate and results-driven UPSC Admission Counsellor to join our dynamic team. As a counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for aspirants and parents seeking guidance for our UPSC/PCS coaching programs. Your role will involve understanding their needs, explaining our offerings, and converting inquiries into admissions.Key Responsibilities:Counsel UPSC/PCS aspirants and parents on phone, via email, or in person.Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our programs, fees, batches, and mentorship support.Follow up with leads via CRM tools, WhatsApp, or calls.Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions by building trust and clarity.Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for smooth onboarding of students.Maintain records of interactions and prepare daily reports.Participate in webinars, seminars, and outreach activities when required.Eligibility Criteria:Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Graduates in Education, Management, or Humanities preferred).Experience:1+ year of experience in counselling, preferably in the education or ed-tech sector.Freshers with excellent communication skills and passion for education may also apply.Skills Required:Strong verbal and written communication in Hindi & English.Understanding of the UPSC exam pattern, process, and student psychology.Ability to work with CRM tools and Google Workspace.Persuasive, empathetic, and target-oriented mindset.What We Offer:A chance to work with passionate educators and industry experts.Competitive salary + incentives based on performance.Career growth opportunities in the expanding field of UPSC coaching.Work-from-home flexibility or office-based options.
