Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Dundigal Gandimaisamma. The Business Development Specialist will focus on identifying business opportunities, conducting market research, and developing strategies to drive growth. Responsibilities include generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance business offerings and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
• Capable of pitching about the product to stakeholders
• Experience in business development, sales, or relevant roles is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Proactive mindset, ability to work independently, and excellent problem-solving skills
