Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Adhyyan Books . The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by selling our service packages and onboarding authors for book writing and publishing. This role requires a blend of strong communication, persuasive skills, and a passion for the publishing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Actively identify, prospect, and reach out to potential authors and clients.
  • Promote and sell publishing service packages tailored to authors' needs, including book writing, editing, design, and marketing solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with authors, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Address client queries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and trust.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the sales process and beyond.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay updated on publishing industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Gather feedback from authors and clients to refine service offerings.

Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with internal teams such as editorial, design, and marketing to ensure a smooth transition for onboarded authors.
  • Provide insights and inputs to improve service offerings based on client feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience of min. 2 year in sales or business development, preferably in publishing, media, or a related industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping authors achieve their dreams.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
