We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Upwork Bidder to join our team. As a Bidder, you will play a crucial role in securing web development projects on Upwork by effectively communicating our capabilities and ensuring a steady flow of quality projects for our web development team. You will be responsible for crafting winning proposals and maintaining client relationships. If you have a strong technical background in web development, particularly in Node.js, HTML, CSS, Java, MEAN Stack, MongoDB, and related technologies, and are eager to grow with a dynamic company, we want to hear from you.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid Strategy:

    Develop and execute a winning bid strategy for web development projects on Upwork.
  • Proposal Writing:

    Write persuasive and tailored proposals that highlight our technical expertise and understanding of client requirements.
  • Client Communication:

    Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Market Research:

    Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and client demands.
  • Client Acquisition:

    Identify and target potential clients and projects that align with our expertise.
  • Negotiation:

    Negotiate project terms and budgets to secure profitable contracts.
  • Collaboration:

    Collaborate with our web development team to ensure a smooth handover of projects.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in Upwork/Guru/Freelance Bidding.
  • Proven track record as an Upwork Bidder with successful web development projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Node.js, HTML, CSS, Java, MEAN Stack, MongoDB, and related technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into compelling proposals.
  • Adept at market research and client targeting.
  • Negotiation skills to secure profitable contracts.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
