Your Mission

As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll be the first touchpoint between BBWS and potential clients. Your goal is to generate qualified leads, identify market opportunities, and help position our workshops, consulting programs, and strategic services in front of the right decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects across industries aligned with our brand and training offerings.
• Market Research & Analysis: Understand industry trends, target sectors, and competitor activities to identify new growth areas.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed records of interactions, opportunities, and client updates using CRM tools.
• Client Interaction & Service: Coordinate with prospective clients, understand their needs, and offer relevant solutions aligned with our programs.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the content, consulting, and marketing teams to align strategies and provide periodic performance reports.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in a business development, sales, or client acquisition role (training/branding/consulting sectors are a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• A self-starter who can work independently yet collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret data, improve funnels, and drive results
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field

• Have worked in a branding, training, or marketing consultancy environment
• Understand storytelling in sales and content-led positioning
• Are excited about building relationships, not just closing deals
