Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to potential B2B customers including electrical contractors, builders, and automation system integrators Manage and qualify inbound leads from various sources including website inquiries, trade shows, and marketing campaigns Conduct product demonstrations via video calls to showcase smart home automation solutions, timers, sensors, and lighting products Maintain accurate records in CRM system (Zoho/Salesforce) including call logs, customer interactions, and pipeline updates Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for revenue generation and new customer acquisition Collaborate with field sales team to coordinate customer visits and technical demonstrations Prepare and send quotations, product catalogs, and technical specifications to prospective clients Follow up on pending orders and coordinate with logistics team for timely delivery Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing customer base Provide market feedback to product development team regarding customer requirements and competitor activities
