Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers (students/parents/professionals) from provided leads. Explain product features, course benefits, and pricing clearly to drive enrollments. Counsel students and parents to help them choose the right program. Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure timely conversions. Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and sales using CRM tools. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns in a professional manner. Coordinate with the sales/academic team for smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
