Tasks Oversee product development for assigned client order, ensuring correct specifications, quality, and timely execution. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for outsourced production, raw materials, and components. Maintain production files, costing sheets, and MTCs (Material Test Certificates) for each project. Track costing vs. budget and report variances to management. Ensure timely completion and delivery of client orders by closely monitoring production schedules. Work with vendors to resolve quality or delivery issues. Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and identify new vendors when required. Perform field visits to vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for follow-up and inspections. Ensure all work follows quality, safety, and compliance standards. Support internal reporting and present weekly updates to management. Experience 2–5 years in a factory/manufacturing/production coordination role (preferably in fasteners, hardware, or metal products industry). Strong understanding of production processes, vendor coordination, and costing. Ability to read and manage production records & MTCs. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Must be active, young, and energetic – able to handle field work and factory coordination. Strong sense of discipline, respect, and teamwork in the workplace. Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Word, email) for maintaining costing and production records. Optional Diploma/degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering OR equivalent practical experience. Experience in vendor development or supply chain roles.
