Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and resourceful professional to support our business development and marketing efforts. The role combines research, vendor coordination, digital outreach, and documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of handling diverse responsibilities ranging from LinkedIn outreach to exhibition vendor negotiations. Key Responsibilities Market Research & Lead Generation Research potential clients, partners, and industry events online and exhibitions, trade fairs. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms to identify and connect with prospects. Maintain and update lead tracker in Excel/Google Sheets. Digital Marketing & Outreach Create and post engaging content on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms. Assist with online campaigns and monitor engagement. Support in building brand presence across relevant digital channels. Vendor Coordination & Event Support Research and obtain quotations from vendors (exhibition contractors, printers, designers, etc.). Negotiate pricing and finalize vendors for exhibitions and other marketing activities. Coordinate vendors and documentation for trade shows and business events. Documentation & Reporting Prepare professional documents, presentations, and proposals in Word, Excel. Maintain organized files for customers, vendors, and projects. Assist in preparing budgets, costing sheets, and comparison tables. General Support Provide administrative and operational assistance to the business development team. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
