Business Development & Sales Executive

Location: Kolkata (with occasional PAN India travel) Reporting To: Marketing Head Company: Krishna Waterproof (OPQ Brand) Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell fast-moving, medical-based rubber products through retail and distributor channels. The role involves market visits, client acquisition, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities Visit surgical shops, medical shops, bedding stores, and hospitals to generate and close sales. Identify and appoint distributors, stockists, and dealers in assigned areas. Handle lead generation and follow-up with existing and potential clients. Coordinate order processing, delivery, and payment collection. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports on time (delay attracts penalty). Conduct market surveys and competitor tracking for business insights. Ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction at all times. Qualifications & Experience Minimum Education: Diploma (any discipline). Experience: Minimum 2 years in field sales. Experience in medical or retail product sales preferred but not essential. Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Basic proficiency in MS Excel, email, and reporting tools (training provided if required). Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of working independently. Two-wheeler and valid license preferred but not mandatory. Compensation & Terms Fixed salary + performance-based incentives. Probation period: 3 months. Performance Evaluation: Initially based on shop visits, later on order value achieved. Travel and local conveyance reimbursable as per company policy.
