Tele Calling Agent Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation via Google Search: Perform targeted web searches based on product categories (e.g., hospitals, surgical supply stores, pharma distributors, etc.) Identify and extract relevant contact information (company name, contact number, email ID, location) Organize leads based on industry segment and geographic area Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to potential clients identified through online research Clearly communicate product details (medical rubber products, surgical rubber accessories) and company offerings Handle objections, answer product-related queries, and qualify leads for further sales engagement Attending Incoming Client Calls (Time-Independent): Attend calls from potential or existing clients irrespective of standard working hours, including weekends and holidays when required Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times Log important discussions or queries in the CRM for follow-up or escalation CRM Data Entry and Management: Accurately input each interaction and client detail into the CRM software immediately after the call Tag lead status (Interested, Not Interested, Follow-Up Required, Invalid Number, etc.) Update follow-up schedules and reminders as required Follow-Ups and Relationship Building: Conduct timely follow-up calls and emails with interested leads Maintain a courteous and professional tone to build rapport and trust with potential clients Reporting & Coordination: Submit daily/weekly call and lead generation reports to the supervisor Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for converting qualified leads to business Product Knowledge & Communication: Develop a sound understanding of the company’s product range (e.g., hot water bags, air cushions, rubber sheets, ice bags, surgical rubber tubes) Stay updated on basic technical details and USPs to explain products effectively Communicate in clear, confident, and polite language in both English and regional language as needed Candidate Requirements: Education: Minimum 10+2; Graduate preferred Experience: 0.5–2 years in tele-calling, telesales, or lead generation (experience in medical product sales is a plus) Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills Proficiency in using Google Search and MS Excel/Google Sheets Familiarity with CRM tools (basic training will be provided) Willingness to attend business-related calls even during off-hours and holidays Ability to multi-task and meet daily/weekly call and lead targets Language Proficiency: English, Hindi, and at least one regional language preferred

The role involves market visits, client acquisition, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities Visit surgical shops, medical shops, bedding stores, and hospitals to generate and close sales. Identify and appoint distributors, stockists, and dealers in assigned areas. Handle lead generation and follow-up with existing and potential clients. Coordinate order processing, delivery, and payment collection. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports on time (delay attracts penalty). Conduct market surveys and competitor tracking for business insights. Ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction at all times. Qualifications & Experience Minimum Education: Diploma (any discipline). Experience: Minimum 2 years in field sales. Experience in medical or retail product sales preferred but not essential. Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Basic proficiency in MS Excel, email, and reporting tools (training provided if required).
